BY-LAW NO. 1128 /80
Being a by-law to dedicate certain lands
as a public highway (Lot 7, Plan 819,
Fairport Road).
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is
the owner in fee simple of certain lands known as Lot 7,
Plan 819, Town of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those
lands as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made
a part of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as a
public highway (Fairport Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 2nd day of June , 1980.

SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW 1128/80
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario and being composed of all of Lot 7, according to
the Registrar's Compiled Plan registered in the Registry
Office for the Registry Division of Durham as Plan 819.
