BY-LAW NUMBER 1121/80
Being a by-law of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering to authorize the execution of lease
agreements between the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and Her Majesty The Queen In Right
Of Canada with respect to the expropriation of
certain properties by the Federal Government
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute Lease
Agreements in the form outlined in Schedule "A" to the
by-law between the Corporation of the Town of Picker-
ing and Her Majesty The Queen In Right Of Canada with
respect to the expropriation of the following proper-
ties:
Altona Community Centre
Part Lot 31, Concession 9
Brougham Community Centre
Part Lot 18, Concession 5
Don Beer Memorial Park (Brougham Park)
Part Lot 18, Concession 6
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
20th day of May, 1980.
