BY-LAW NO. 1111/80
Being a By-Law to repeal By-Law 112/74 and
By-Law 786/78, regulating self-serve gas-
oline facilities.
WHEREAS, on September 16th, 1974, the Council of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 112/74,
regulating self-serve gasoline facilities; and
WHEREAS, on April 3rd, 1978, the Council of the Corpor-
ation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 786/78, amending
By-Law 112/74; and
WHEREAS, as a result of recent amendments to The
Gasoline Handling Code, R.R.O. 1970, Regulation 380, By-Law 112/74
as amended by By-Law 786/78, is no longer applicable and therefore
redundant;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law 112/74 is hereby repealed.
2. By-Law 786/78 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 21st day of April , 1980.
