BY-LAW NO. 1094/8
Being a By-Law to repeal By-Law 392/76
WHEREAS, on April 20th, 1976, the Council of the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 392/76
authorizing the execution of a Licence Agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Gordon Thomas
Bailey and Mildred Mary Anne Bailey with respect to a
building encroachment on the Town road allowance in the
Hamlet of Whitevale; and
WHEREAS, Gordon Thomas Bailey and Mildred Mary
Anne Bailey declined to execute the said Agreement as the
purchase transaction respecting the building in question
was not completed;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law 392/76 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 19th day of February , 1980.
