BY-LAW NO. 1081/80
Being a By-Law to repeal certain sections
relating to site planning in By-Laws 2511,
2520, 3036 and 3037.
WHEREAS, By-Law 190/75 was enacted by the Council of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering on March 17th, 1975
and approved by the Ontario Municipal Board on August 11th,
1975, amending By-Laws 2511, 2520, 3036 and 3037 to imple-
ment the provisions of section 35a of The Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1970, chapter 349, as enacted by The Planning Amend-
ment Act, 1973, chapter 168; and
WHEREAS, the said section 35a was repealed and re-
placed pursuant to the provisions of The Planning Amendment
Act, 1979, S.O. 1979; chapter 59, subject to the proviso
that the said section 35a shall be deemed to continue in
force in respect of any By-Law passed under that section
prior to June 21st, 1979;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. (1) Sections 2.62.1, 5.27, 5.27.1 and
5.27.2 of By-Law 2511, as amended

(2) Sections 2.62.1, 5.27, 5.27.1 and
5.27.2 of By-Law 2520, as amended
by By-Law 190/75, are hereby re-
pealed.
(3) Sections 2.62.1, 5.26, 5.26.1 and
5.26.2 of By-Law 3036, as amended
by By-Law 190/75, are hereby re-
pealed.
(4) Sections 2.52.1, 5.25,. 5.25.1 and
5.25.2 of By-Law 3037, as amended
by By-Law 190/75, are hereby re-
pealed.

2. Notwithstanding section 1 of this By-Law, the
sections referred to therein, as they existed
on the day before this By-Law comes into force,
shall be deemed to continue in force in respect
of any Agreements entered into before June 22nd,
1979 by the Corporation of the Town of Pickering,
pursuant to those sections.

3. No part of this By-Law shall come into force
without the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board but subject to such approval, the By-
Law shall take effect from the date of passing
hereof.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 21st day of January, 1980.
