BY-LAW NO. 1396/81
Being a By-law to dedicate Block 54, Plan
M-1194, Pickering, and Blocks 100 and 101,
Plan M-1207, Pickering, as public highway
(Bushmill Street, Maple Gate Road)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner
in fee simple of certain lands known as Block 54, Plan M-1194,
Pickering, and Blocks 100 and 101, Plan M-1207, Pickering; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part
of this By-law, are hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Block 54, Plan M-1194, Pickering; Bushmill Street)
2. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "B"
attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part
of this By-law, are hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Blocks 100 and 101, Plan M-1207, Pickering; Maple
Gate Road)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 2nd day of November, 1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
TO BY-LAW 1396/91
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and being composed of
the whole of Block 54 according to a plan filed in the Land
Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham
(No. 40) as Number M-1194.

TO BY-LAW 1396/81
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and being composed of
the whole of Blocks 100 and 101 according to a plan filed in
the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of
Durham (No. 40) as Number M-1207.
