BY-LAW NO. 1388181
Being a By-Law to dedicate part of Lot 24,
Concession 2, Pickering (Parts 1, 2 and 3,
Plan 40R-6054) as public highway
(Maple Gate Road)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of certain lands in Lot 24, Concession 2, Pickering, designa-
ted as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan 40R-6054; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Part Lot 24, Concession
2, Pickering - Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-6054) (Maple Gate Road).
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day
of November , 1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of
those parts of Lot 24, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Parts
1, 2 and 3 on a plan of survey of record deposited in the Registry
Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40) as Plan 40R-6054;
AS DESCRIBED in Instrument No. D128416.
