BY-LAW NO. 1378 X81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Release by the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering of Domenic Salvagna and
Kathie Salvagna from a Development Agree-
ment respecting Part Lot 90, Plan 1051,
Pickering (Part 1, Plan 40R-5655)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Domenic Salvagna
and Kathie Salvagna entered into a Development Agreement dated April
21st, 1981; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to release Domenic Salvagna and
Kathie Salvagna from the provisions of the said Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release,
in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A", between Domenic
Salvagna and Kathie Salvagna and the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering respecting Part Lot 90, Plan 1051, Pickering (Part 1,
Plan 40R-5655).
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day
of October, 1981.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to
it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
DOMENIC SALVAGNA
and
KATHIE SALVAGNA
their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of
action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a
result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated April
21st, 1981 and registered May 8th, 1981 as Instrument No.
D122400, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
DOMENIC SALVAGNA
and
KATHIE SALVAGNA
concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its prop-
erly authorized officers this 19th day of October, 1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario (formerly in the Township of Pickering, in the
County of Ontario) and being composed of that part of
Lot 90 according to Registrar's Compiled Plan No. 1051
for the said Town of Pickering, and being designated
as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the Land
Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham
(No. 40) as No. 40R-5655;
AS DESCRIBED in Instrument No. D122400.
