BY-LAW NUMBER 1368/81
Being a by-law to amend By-law 919/78 pro-
viding for the establishment, maintenance
and operation of certain Community Recrea-
tion Centres within the Town of Pickering.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 of section 2
of The Community Recreation Centres Act, 1974, S.O. 1974, c. 80,
now The Community Recreation Centres Act, R.S.O. 1980, c. 80,
the council of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 919/78 on
December 18th, 1978, providing for the establishment, mainten-
ance and operation of one or more Community Recreation Centres
in accordance with that Act; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed appropriate to amend the list of
Community Recreation Centres set out in By-law 919/78;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Part 1 of Schedule "A" to By-law 919/78, as amended by
By-law 1219/81, adding thereto the following item:
12. Town of Pickering
Recreation Complex
Part Lot 20,
Concession 1
(Parts 1,2,3,8 and 9,
Plan 40R-6545)
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 5th day of October, 1981.
