HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1361/81THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1361 /81 Being a By-Law to authorize the execution of a Release by the Corporation of the Town of Pickering of Harold Brunner from a Demolition Agreement respecting Lots 105 and 106, Plan 331, Pickering WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Harold Brunner entered into an Agreement dated May 1st, 1978; and WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to release Harold Brunner from the provisions of the said Agreement; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A", between Harold Brunner and the Corporation of the Town of Pickering respecting Lots 105 and 106, Plan 331, Pickering. R E L E A S E In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged, THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING hereby releases and forever discharges HAROLD BRUNNER his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated May 1st, 1978 between THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING and HAROLD BRUNNER concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Corporation of the Town of Pickering has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 21st day of September, 1981.
