BY-LAW NO. 1360/81
Being a By-Law to exempt certain parts of
Plan M-1220 from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 29(10) of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379, the council of a
municipality may by by-law provide that section 29(5) does
not apply to lands within a plan of subdivision as desig-
nated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 29(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter
379, does not apply to the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan M-1220 - Lots 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 15-19,
inclusive
- Blocks 22, 24
2. This By-Law shall not come into effect until approved
by the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 21st day of September , 1981.
