BY-LAW NO. 1353//81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Release by the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering of Samuel Neill and
Margaret Neill from a Demolition Agree-
ment respecting Lot 25, Plan 274, Pickering
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Samuel
Neill and Margaret Neill entered into an Agreement dated
October 19th, 1973 and registered November 26th, 1973 as
Instrument No. 248329; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to release Samuel Neill
and Margaret Neill from the provisions of the said Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Release, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A",
between Samuel Neill and Margaret Neill respecting Lot
25, Plan 274, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 8th day of September , 1981.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to
it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
SAMUEL NEILL
and
MARGARET NEILL
their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes
of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as
a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
October 19th, 1973 and registered as Instrument No. 298329
between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
SAMUEL NEILL
and
MARGARET NEILL
concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its
properly authorized officers this 21st day of September,
1981.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario (formerly of the Township of Pickering in the
County of Ontario) and being composed of Lot 25, Plan 274,
Pickering,
AS DESCRIBED in Instrument No. 248329.
