BY-LAW NO. 1351/81
Being a By-Law to authorize the
of a Release by the Corporation
Town of Pickering of Theodorus
Vermeulen and Martini Vermeulen
Demolition Agreement respecting
Plan 816, Pickering
execution
of the
Ian Hendrik
from a
Lot 76,
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Theodorus
Jan Hendrik Vermeulen and Martini Vermeulen entered into an
Agreement dated August 15th, 1977; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to release Theodorus Jan
Hendrik Vermeulen and Martini Vermeulen from the provisions
of the said Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a Release, in the form attached hereto as Schedule
"A", between Theodorus Jan Hendrik Vermeulen and
Martini Vermeulen respecting Lot 76, Plan 816,
Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 8th day of September, 1981.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to
it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
THEODORUS JAN HENDRIK VERMEULEN
and
MARTINI VERMEULEN
their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes
of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as
a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
August 15th, 1977 between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
THEODORUS JAN HENDRIK VERMEULEN
and
MARTINI VERMEULEN
concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its
properly authorized officers this 21st day of September,
1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario and being composed of Lot 76, according to a Plan
registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division
of Durham as No. 816, save and except, the lands more par-
ticularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwest angle of the said Lot 76;
THENCE EASTERLY along the northerly limit of said Lot 76,
165 feet to a point;
THENCE SOUTHERLY at right angles to the said northerly
limit of Lot 76, 6 feet 11 inches to a point;
THENCE WESTERLY parallel to the northerly limit of said
Lot 76, 105 feet to a point;
THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY in a straight line 80 feet more or
less, to a point in the westerly limit of said Lot 76,
distant 42 feet measured southeasterly therealong from
the northwesterly angle of said Lot 76;
THENCE NORTHERLY along the westerly limit of said Lot 76,
42 feet to the Point of Commencement.
