BY-LAW NUMBER 1344/81
Being a By-law to dedicate Block E, Registrar's
Compiled Plan 1051 as public highway.

WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the
owner in fee simple of certain lands known as Block E,
Registrar's Compiled Plan 1051; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands
as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby
made a part of this By-law, are hereby dedicated
as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 6th day of July 1981.

SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW NUMBER 1344/81
All and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of
Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham (formerly
in the Township of Pickering, in the County of Ontario)
and being the most Southerly seventy-five feet (75')
of the northerly one hundred and fifty feet (1501) of
the westerly ten feet (10') of Block 8, registered Plan 330,
registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division
of Durham, as described in Instrument Number 783077 being
Block E on Registrar's Compiled Plan 1051.
