BY-LAW NUMBER 1341/81
PICKERING
Being a Restricted Area By-law to amend
Restricted Area By-law 3036, as amended
to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Pickering District Planning Area,
Region of Durham on Part Lot 31 and Lot
30, Plan 228, in the Town of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
deems it desirable to permit the establishment of three
residential lots on part of the subject property, such lots
having a minimum lot area of 460 square metres and a minimum
lot frontage of 15 metres;
AND WHEREAS an amendment to By-law 3036 is therefore deemed
necessary;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. BY-LAW 3036
By-law 3036, passed by the Council of the Corporation
of the Township (now Town) of Pickering on the 3rd
day of August 1965, and approved by the Ontario
Municipal Board on the 7th day of October 1966, and
amended from time to time, is hereby further amended
only to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of Section 2 hereof.
2. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMEN
Schedule "A" to By-law 3036, as amended, is hereby
further amended by altering from R3 (One-Family Detached
Dwelling Third Density zone) and G (Greenbelt-Conservation
Zone) to R4 (One-Family Detached Dwelling Fourth Density
Zone) and G (Greenbelt-Conservation Zone) the zone
designation of the lands designated'R4'and'G'on Schedule
"I" hereto, being Part Lot 31 and Lot 30, Plan 228.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the date of passing
hereof, subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board, if required.
