BY-LAW NO. 133g/81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Subdivision Agreement between The
Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited
and Ivanhoe Inc. respecting Part Lot 18,
Concession 1, Pickering (Draft Plan
18T-78086)
WHEREAS The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited and Ivanhoe
Inc. propose to subdivide Part of Lot 18, Concession 1,
Pickering; and
WHEREAS that proposal has been approved by the Council of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and the Minister of
Housing, subject to several conditions, one of which requires
the entering into of a satisfactory Subdivision Agreement
between The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited and Ivanhoe
Inc. and the Town of Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Subdivision Agreement, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule "A", between the Cadillac Fairview Corporation
Limited and Ivanhoe Inc. respecting Part Lot 18, Conces-
sion 1, Pickering (Draft Plan 18T-78086).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of July , 1981.
