BY-LAW NUMBER 1337/81
Being a by-law to amend By-law 55/74.
WHEREAS By-law Number 55/74 prohibits heavy traffic on certain
highways within the Municipality, and;
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to restrict heavy traffic on
Oklahoma Drive from West Shore Boulevard to White's Road
(Regional Road No. 38);
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Section 2 of By-law Number 55/74 as amended by
By-laws 140/74, 438/76, 509/76, 703/77, 750/78
and 1175/80 is hereby further amended by adding
thereto the following:

Oklahoma Drive West Shore Boulevard White's Road
(Regional Road
No. 38)
2. This by-law shall not take effect until approved
by the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this
6th day of July, 1981.
