HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1336/81- _q THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1336/11 Being a By-Law to dedicate portions of Lot 28, Range 3, B.F.C. (Part 2, Plan 40R-972; Part 2, Plan 40R-2026) as public highway (Eyer Drive) WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple, in its own right, or as successor to the Corporation of the Township of Pickering, of certain lands in Part Lot 28, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 2 on Plan 40R-972 and Part 2 on Plan 40R-2026; and WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Part Lot 28, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering - Part 2, Plan 40R-972; Part 2, Plan 40R-2026 - Eyer Drive). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of July , 1981. TU'R'N U AS i0 FC;;, SCHEDULE "A" ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario, and being composed of those parts of Lot 28, Range 3, B.F.C., designated as: FIRSTLY, Part 2 on a plan of survey of record deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40) as Plan 40R-972; and SECONDLY, Part 2 on a plan of survey of record deposited in the said Office as Plan 40R-2026; AS DESCRIBED in Instrument Numbers 245975 and D5857, respec- tively.
