BY-LAW NO. 1325 /81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Release by the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering of James William Cater and
Frances Ellen Cater from a Water and Sewer
Agreement pertaining to Part Lot 41, Plan
509, Pickering (Part 1, Plan 40R-2968)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and James
William Cater and Frances Ellen Cater entered into an Agree-
ment dated November 10th, 1976 and registered in the Registry
Office for the Registry Division of Durham as Instrument
Number D39384; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to release James William
Cater and Frances Ellen Cater from the provisions of the
said Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Release, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A",
between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
James William Cater and Frances Ellen Cater respecting
Part Lot 41, Plan 509, Pickering (Part 1, Plan 40R-2968).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of July, 1981.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to
it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
JAMES WILLIAM CATER
and
FRANCES ELLEN CATER
their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes
of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as
a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
November 10th, 1976 and registered as Instrument No. D39384
between

and
JAMES WILLIAM CATER
and
FRANCES ELLEN CATER
concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its
properly authorized officers this 6th day of July, 1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario and being composed of that Part of Lot 41, Plan 509,
registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division
of Durham (No. 40), designated as Part 1 on a Reference Plan
deposited in the said office as Plan 40R-2968,
AS DESCRIBED in Instrument No. D39384.
