HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1323/81THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1323 /81 Being a By-Law to authorize the execution of a Release by the Corporation of the Town of Pickering of John Harry William Taylor and Stephanie Rendle from a Demolition Agreement respecting Part Lot 12, Concession 6, Pickering (Part 1, Plan 40R-2930) WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and John Harry William Taylor and Stephanie Rendle entered into an Agreement dated June 4th, 1979 and registered June 21st, 1979 as Instrument No. D92187; and WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to release John Harry William Taylor and Stephanie Rendle from the provisions of the said Agreement; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A", between John Harry William Taylor and Stephanie Rendle respecting Part Lot 12, Concession 6, Pickering (Part 1, Plan 40R-2930). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of July, 1981. -[OWN OI PICKERIN APPROVE[ AS TO FUl LEGAL R E L E A S E In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged, THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING hereby releases and forever discharges JOHN HARRY WILLIAM TAYLOR and STEPHANIE RENDLE their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated June 4th, 1979 and registered as Instrument No. D92187 between THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING and JOHN HARRY WILLIAM TAYLOR and STEPHANIE RENDLE concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Corporation of the Town of Pickering has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 6th day of July, 1981.
