BY-LAW NO. 1321 /81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of Releases respecting Instruments D7971
and D7972 (Block 3, Plan 353, Pickering)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering entered
into certain Agreements, dated April 30th, 1975, and regis-
tered on May 30th, 1975 as Instrument Numbers D7971 and
D7972, between it and Fireside Custom Homes Limited, respec-
ting the possible future dedication to the Municipality of
a portion of the lands affected by those Agreements; and
WHEREAS the lands are not required, and the existence of
the Agreements on title constitutes a cloud on that title;
and
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the
successor to the Corporation of the Township of Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
Releases, in the forms attached hereto as Schedules
"A" and "B", releasing Fireside Custom Homes Limited
from the Agreements dated April 30th, 1975 and regis-
tered on May 30th, 1975 as Instrument Numbers D7971
and D7972, respectively.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 6th day of July , 1981.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid
to it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,

hereby releases and forever discharges

its successors and assigns of and from all claims, demands,
damages, actions or causes of action which may have arisen,
are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way
related to an Agreement dated April 30th, 1975 and regis-
tered on May 30th, 1975 as Instrument No. D7971 between its
predecessor

concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its
properly authorized officers this 6th day of July, 1981.
