BY-LAW NO. i-agn/81
Being a By-Law to repeal By-Law 650/77,
exempting certain parts of Plan M-1105
from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 29, subsection
5 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970, chapter 349, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-Law 650/77 on July 4th, 1977 exempting certain
parts of Plan M-1105 from part lot control; and
WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to repeal By-Law 650/77;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law 650/77 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of July, 1981.
