BY-LAW No.1315 X81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Transfer of Blocks D, E, F, H and I,
Plan M-1040, to Mintleaf Developments
Limited
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the
owner in fee simple of Blocks D, E, F, H and I, Plan M-1040,
and holds title to those lands as 1' reserves, for the
purpose of controlling access to and from certain portions
of Plan M-1040; and
WHEREAS the stopping-up of Henry Street, Captain Street and
Simon Street, Plan M-1040 has rendered unnecessary the con-
tinued municipal ownership of the said reserves;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Transfer, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A",
between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Mintleaf Developments Limited respecting the conveyance
of Blocks D, E, F, H and I, Plan M-1040.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of July , 1981.
