BY-LAW NUMBER 1312/81
Being a by-law to dedicate parts of Lots
19-23, Plan M-1040, Pickering, and part
of the stopped-up highway designated as
Captain Street on Plan M-1040, Pickering,
as public highway (Clement's Road).
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner
in fee simple of certain lands known as parts of Lots 19-23,
Plan M-1040, Pickering and part of the stopped-up highway
designated as Captain Street on Plan M-1040, Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part
of this by-law, are hereby dedicated as public high-
way. (Clement's Road)
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 6th day of July, 1981.

SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW NUMBER 1312/81
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering in
the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario
and being composed of,
FIRSTLY, those parts of Lots 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, according
to a plan registered in the Land Titles Office for the Regis-
try Division of Durham (No. 40) as Plan M-1040, designated as
Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 on a plan of survey of
reference deposited in the said Office as Plan 40R-6308; and
SECONDLY, that part of Captain Street, as dedicated as road on
the said Plan M-1040, and closed by By-law 1302/81, designated
as Part 1 on a plan of survey of reference deposited in the
said Office as Plan 40R-6543.
