BY-LAW NO. 1307/81
Being a By-Law to dedicate Blocks 52 and 53,
Plan M-1194, Pickering, and Blocks 42 and 43,
Plan M-1202, Pickering, as public highway
(Bushmill Street, Maple Ridge Drive, Field-
stone Circle)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner
in fee simple of certain lands known as Blocks 52 and 53, Plan
M-1194, Pickering, and Blocks 42 and 43, Plan M-1202, Picker-
ing; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part
of this By-Law, are hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Blocks 52 and 53, Plan M-1194, Pickering; Bushmill
Street)
2. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "B"
attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part
of this By-Law, are hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Block 42, Plan M-1202, Pickering; Maple Ridge Drive)
3. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "C"
attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part
of this By-Law, are hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Block 43, Plan M-1202, Pickering; Fieldstone Circle)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 15th day of June, 1981.

TO BY-LAW 1307/81
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and being composed of
the whole of Blocks 52 and 53 according to a plan filed in the
Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham
(No. 40) as Number M-1194.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and being composed of
