BY-LAW NUMBER 1292/81
Being a by-law to
dedicating certain
Town of Pickering
amend By-law 911/78
highways within the
as through highways.
WHEREAS By-law 911/78 provides for the dedication of certain
highways within the Town of Pickering as through highways;
and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend that By-law to
dedicate that portion of Fieldlight Boulevard between Glenanna
Road and Valley Farm Road as a through highway;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 911/78 is hereby
repealed and the Schedule attached hereto
as Schedule I to this By-law is substituted
therefor.
2. This By-law shall come into force on the
date that it is approved by the Council of
the Regional Municipality of Durham and
when signs to the effect are erected.
3. By-law 1206/81 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 19th day of May 1981.
