BY-LAW NUMBER 1280/81
Being a Restricted Area By-law to amend
Restricted Area By-law 3036, as amended,
to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Pickering District Planning Area,
Region of Durham, in Part Lot 18,
Concession 1, in the Town of Pickering
(A21/78)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
passed By-law 1263/81, amending By-law 3036, on the 16th day
of March, 1981, to permit the development of single detached
dwellings, semi-detached dwellings, single attached dwellings,
churches, industrial buildings, a public school and a
neighbourhood park to occur on the subject lands;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to correct an error in the
mapping comprising Schedule "I" to By-law 1263/81;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule "I" to By-law 1263/81 is hereby revoked and
Schedule "I" to this By-law hereby substituted therefor.
2. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing
hereof, subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board, if required.

READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 21st of April , 1981.
