BY-LAW NO. 1262/81
Being a By-Law to amend By-Law 1125/80,
authorizing the execution of a Subdivision
Agreement between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Heldor Development
Corporation respecting Part Lot 22, Conces-
sion 2, Pickering (Part Draft Plan 18T-79049)
WHEREAS, By-Law 1125/80, authorizing the execution of a Subdi-
vision Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Picker-
ing and Heldor Development Corporation respecting Part Lot 22,
Concession 2, Pickering (Part Draft Plan 18T-79049) was
enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pick-
ering on June 16th, 1980; and
WHEREAS, By-Law 1167/80, amending By-Law 1125/80, was enacted
by the said Council on September 2nd, 1980; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable to amend further By-Law 1167/80;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Clause (a) of subsection (4) of section 1 of Schedule "D"
to By-Law 1125/80, as amended by section 2 of By-Law
1167/80, is hereby revoked and the following substituted
therefor:
The first phase of the plan shall be registered on or
before June 30th, 1981.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 16th day of March , 1981.
