HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1249/81 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER 1249/81 Being a by-law to amend By-law 506/76 to provide for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain intersections within the Town of Pickering. WHEREAS By-law 506/76 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain intersections within the Town of Pickering; and WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend that By-law to provide for a three-way stop at the intersection of Kitley Avenue and Bowler Drive; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule "I" to By-law 506/76 is hereby repealed and the Schedule attached hereto as Schedule "A" to this by-law is substituted therefor. 2. This By-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the effect are erected. BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and passed this 2nd day of March, 1981.
