BY-LAW NO. 1238/81
Being a By-Law to dedicate Block 51, Plan M-1194,
Pickering, as a public highway
(Maple Ridge Drive)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the
owner in fee simple of certain lands known as Block 51,
Plan M-1194, Pickering; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as
a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part
of this By-Law, are hereby dedicated as a public
highway. (Block 51, Plan M-1194, Pickering;
Maple Ridge Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 16th day,of February, 1981.

TO BY-LAW 1238/81
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and being composed
of the whole of Block 51 according to a plan filed in the
Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham
(No. 40) as Number M-1194.
