BY-LAW NUMBER 1219/81
Being a by-law to amend By-law 919/78 pro-
viding for the establishment, maintenance
and operation of certain Community Recrea-
tion Centres within the Town of Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 of section
2 of The Community Recreation Centres Act, 1974, S.O. 1974,
c. 80, the Council of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law
919/78 on December 18th, 1978, providing for the establishment,
maintenance and operation of one or more Community Recreation
Centres in accordance with that Act; and
WHEREAS, it is now deemed appropriate to make certain changes
and additions to the list of Community Recreation Centres set
out in By-law 919/78;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
