Being a by-law to repeal By-Laws 1274/81
and 1275/81, authorizing the execution of
a Land Exchange Agreement and a Levy
Deferment Agreement, respectively, between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and J.D.S. Investments Limited with respect
to part of Lots 20 and 21, Concession 1,
Pickering
WHEREAS, on April 6th, 1981, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-Laws 1274/81 and 1275/81, authorizing the execution of a Land Exchange
Agreement and a Levy Deferment Agreement, respectively, between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and J.D.S. Investments Limited with respect to Part Lots 20
and 21, Concession 1, Pickering; and
WHEREAS, the said Agreements have not been executed, and will not be executed as
there is no longer any need for same;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Laws 1274/81 and 1275/81 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th
of Deceta]~er , 1982.
