BY-LAW NO. 1589/82
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Release by the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering of Frances Rao from a
Noise Abatement Agreement pertaining to
Part Lot 11, Concession 6, Pickering
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Frances Rao entered
into an Agreement dated June 23rd, 1981 and registered September 29th,
1981 as Instrument No. LT134971 in the Land Registry Office for the
Land Titles Division of Durham; and
WHEREAS a portion of the lands affected by that Agreement are being
acquired by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications for high-
way purposes; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to release Frances Rao from the pro-
visions of the said Agreement in respect to the portion of land affected
by the said expropriation;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release,
in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A", between the Corpor-
ation of the Town of Pickering and Frances Rao respecting Part
Lot 11, Concession 6, Pickering.

RELEASE
In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to
it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,

hereby releases and forever discharges

her heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes
of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise
as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
June 23rd, 1981 and registered on September 29th, 1981 as
Instrument No. LT134971 between

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land situate,
lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham (formerly in the Township of Pickering,
in the County of Ontario) and Province of Ontario and being
composed of that part of Lot 11, in Concession 6, designated
as Parts 1 and 2 on a plan of survey of reference deposited
in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of
Durham (No. 40) as Plan 40R-6642,
being part of Parcel Pickering 6-11-1.
