BY-LAW NO. 1577/82
Being a By-Law to amend By-Law 1555/82
authorizing the execution of a Deed convey-
ing Part Lots 14 and 15, Concession 5 and
part of the road allowance between Lots 14
and 15, Concession 5 (Parts 9, 10, 11 and
12, Plan 40R-6918) to Her Majesty the Queen,
in right of the Province of Ontario, to
delete reference to Part 12, Plan 40R-6918
WHEREAS, on September 20th, 1982, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 1555/82, authorizing the execution of a
Deed conveying Part Lots 14 and 15, Concession 5 and part of the road
allowance between Lots 14 and 15, Concession 5 (Parts 9, 10, 11 and 12,
Plan 40R-69t8) to Her Majesty the Queen, in right of the Province of
Ontario; and
WHEREAS, reference to Part 12, Plan 40R-6918 was erroneously made in
that by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
By-Law 1555/82 is hereby amended by deleting from section 1 thereof
the phrase "Parts 9, 10, 11 and 12, Plan 40R-6918" and by substi-
tuting therefor the phrase "Parts 9, 10 and 11, Plan 40R-6918".
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
18th day of October , 1982.
