BY-LAW NO. 1569/82
Being a By-Law to repeal By-Law 1486/82,
authorizing the execution of an Agreement
of Purchase and Sale conveying part of
Bayview Road (Part 1, Plan 40R-4260) to
Paul D. and Britt E. Hayne
WHEREAS, on May 3rd, 1982, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering enacted By-Law 1486/82, authorizing the execution of an
Agreement of Purchase and Sale conveying part of Bayview Road (Part
1, Plan 40R-4260) to Paul D. and Britt E. Hayne, subject to several
conditions; and
WHEREAS, one of those conditions was not met to the satisfaction of
the proposed purchasers, and as a consequence, the Agreement in ques-
tion is no longer effective;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
By-Law 1486/82 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and
4th day of October , 1982.
