HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1565/82THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1565/82 Being a By-Law to appoint Mr. Barry Forbes as a By-Law Enforcement Officer for certain purposes (Parking Regulations - 1210 Radom Street, Pickering) WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 210.39 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, the council of a local municipality may pass a by-law authorizing appointed officers to enter at all reasonable times upon any property in order to ascertain whether the provisions of a by-law are obeyed, and to enforce or carry into effect the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Mr. Barry Forbes is hereby appointed a By-Law Enforcement Officer in and for the Town of Pickering, who is hereby authorized to enter at all reasonable times upon the lands known as 1210 Radom Street, Pickering, in order to ascertain whether the provisions of By-Law 851/78 are obeyed and to enforce or carry into effect the said by-law. The authority granted in section 1 hereto is specifically limited to that set out in section 1, and shall not be deemed, at any time, to exceed the authority set out in section 1. This appointment shall expire at midnight on the 31st day of December, 1982, or upon Mr. Barry Forbes ceasing to be an employee of Edbar Security Limited, or upon Edbar Security Limited ceasing to be an authorized agent of Durham Condominium Corporation No. 19, whichever shall first occur. BY-LAW read a first, 4th day of second and third October time and finally passed this , 1982.
