Being a By-Law to amend By-Law 1562/82,
temporarily closing roads (Valley Farm
Road)
WHEREAS ,
Town of
closing
on October 4th, 1982, the Council of the Corporation of the
Picketing enacted By-Law 1562/82, providing for the temporary
of roads under the jurisdiction of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule "A" to By-Law 1562/82 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following Items:
Column I
Column II
Column III
Valley Farm Between the southerly (a) midnight to 6 a.m.
Road limit of Diefenbaker and
Drive and Sheridan 6 p.m. to midnight
Mall Parkway
(b) 24 hours per day
Column IV Column V
(a) Monday to October 5, 1980 to
Friday, November 30, 1980,
inclusive
(b) Saturdays
and Sundays
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
4th day of October , 1982.
