BY-LAW NO. 1557/82
Being a By-Law to repeal By-Law 1497/82
exempting certain parts of Plan M-1135
from part lot control
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 29(10) of the Planning
Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 1497/82 on June 7th, 1982, providing
that section 29(5) of the Act does not apply to Lots 1 and 2, Plan
M-1135; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to repeal By-Law 1497/82;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law 1497/82 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
20th day of September , 1982.
