HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1541/82THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER 1541/82 Being a By-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale between the Town and Ron Death, respecting part Lot 1, Concession 5 (Kinsale Community Centre Lands) WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, as sucessor to the Corporation of the Township of Pickering, is the owner in fee simple of that part of Lot 1, Concession 5, Pickering, designated as Part ~ , Plan 40R-?~%~; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c. 302, section 193 (1), the Council of a Municipal Corporation may pass by-laws for disposing of land; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A", between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Ron Death, respecting that part of Lot 1, Concession 5, Pickering designated as Part 2 Plan 40R-TV3~ . (Kinsale Community Centre~ Lands). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of July 1982.
