BY-LAW NUMBER 1525/82
Being a Restricted Area By-law to amend
Restricted Area By-law 2511, as amended
to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Picketing District Planning Area,
Region of Durham on Part of Lot 21,
Concession l, in the Town of Picketing.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
deems it desirable to alter the zone boundaries on parts of the
subject properties to more accurately delineate lands used for
the purpose of storm water channelization;
AND WHEREAS an amendment to By-law 2511 is therefore deemed
necessary;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. BY-LAW 2511
By-law 2511, passed by the Council of the Corporation
of the Township (now Town) of Pickering on the 5th
day of October 1960, and approved by the Ontario
Municipal Board on the 3rd day of January 1963, and
amended from time to time, is hereby further amended
only to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of Section 2 hereof.
SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENT
Schedule "A" to By-law 2511, as amended, is hereby
further amended as it applies to the subject properties
by altering the M1 (Storage and Light Manufacturing)
and G (Greenbelt) zone boundaries shown thereon to
those boundaries shown on lands so designated on Schedule
"I" hereto, being Part Lot 21, Concession 1
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the date of passing
hereof, subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board, if required.
