BY-LAW NO. 1517/82
Being a By-Law to amend By-Law 1375/81
changing a portion of Sideline 30 to
Golf Club Road
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor to section 210.105 of the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering enacted, on January 4th, 1982, By-Law 1375/81, to
change the name of a portion of Sideline 30 to Golf Club Road; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend By-Law 1375/81 to clarify the
exact portion of Sideline 30 to which By-Law 1375/81 applies;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
By-Law 1375/81 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
section:
3. The lands affected by this By-Law are those lands more partic-
ularly described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of
land and premises situate, lying and being in the
Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality
of Durham and Province of Ontario and being com-
posed of all of the road allowance between Lots
30 and 31, Concession 4.
