BY-LAW NO. 1513/82
Being a By-Law to dedicate Part Lot 20,
Concession 1 (Part 6, Plan 40R-6545),
Pickering, as public highway
(Diefenbaker Drive)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of certain lands in Lot 20, Concession 1, designated as Part 6
on Plan 40R-6545; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public high-
way;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario and being composed of that part of Lot 20, Conces-
sion 1, designated as Part 6 on a plan of survey of refer-
ence deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry
Division of Durham (No. 40) as Plan No. 40R-6545
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Diefenbaker Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
21st day of June , 1982.
