BY-LAW NUMBER 1467/82
Being a by-law to appoint a Director of
Transportation for the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering (Mr. George Papik)
and to repeal By-law 648/77.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 208.45 of the
Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, the council of a
municipality may pass by-laws for appointing such officers
and servants as may be necessary for the purposes of the
Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
Mr. George Papik is hereby appointed Director
of Transportation for the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering effective February 8, 1982,
to carry out the duties of the Director until
such time as this appointment is terminated.
By-law 648/77 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 5th day of April, 1982.
