BY-LAW NO. 1465 /82
Being a By-Law to amend By-Law 919/78 pro-
viding for the establishment, maintenance
and operation of certain Community Recreation
Centres in the Town of Pickering
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 of section 2 of the
Community Recreation Centres Act, 1974, S.O. 1974, chapter 80 (now
section 2(1) of the Community Recreation Centres Act, R.S.O. 1980,
chapter 80), the Council of the Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 919/78
on December 18th, 1978 providing for the establishment, maintenance and
operation of one or more community recreation centres in accordance
with that act; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed appropriate to amend the list of Community
Recreation Centres set out in By-Law 919/78;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
