BY-LAW NO. 1439/82
Being a By-Law to dedicate Blocks 29 and
30, Plan M-1219, Pickering, as public
highway (Stonepath Circle; Aspen Road)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of certain lands known as Blocks 29 and 30, Plan M-1219,
Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public high-
way;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Block 29, Plan M-1219,
Pickering; Stonepath Circle).
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "B" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Block 30, Plan M-1219,
Pickering; Aspen Road).

TO BY-LAW 1439/82
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed
of the whole of Block 29 according to a plan filed in the Land
Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as
Number M-1219.

TO BY-LAW 1439/82
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed
of the whole of Block 30 according to a plan filed in the Land
Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as
Number M-1219.
