BY-LAW NO. ]47] /82
Being a By-Law to dedicate part Lot 28,
Concession 1, Pickering (Part 1, Plan
40R-6344) as public highway (New Street)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of that part of Lot 28, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as
Part 1 on Plan 40R-6344; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public high-
way;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this

TO BY-LAW 1421/82
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham and being composed of that part of Lot 28,
Concession 1, designated as Part 1 on a plan of survey of record
deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Durham (No. 40) as Plan 40R-6344.
