BY-LAW NUMBER 1419/82
Being a by-law to amend By-law C-10 to
appoint Mr. Wayne Arthurs to the Town
of Pickering Public Library Board.
WHEREAS by By-law Number C-10 passed on December 15, 1980,
Mr. D. Donald Wright was appointed to the Town of Pickering
Public Library Board for a term to expire on December 31,
1983; and
WHEREAS Mr. Wright has submitted his resignation as a Member
of the said Board effective January 31, 1982; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint Mr. Wayne Arthurs
to replace Mr. Wright as a Member of the said Board;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. By-law Number C-10 is hereby amended by deleting in
Section 15 the following:
Mr. D. Donald Wright to December 31, 1983
and substituting therefor the following:
Mr. Wayne Arthurs to December 31, 1983
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 18th day of January, 1982.
