BY-LAW NO. 1768/83
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 21, 22, 23, 24
and 58, and Blocks 72 and 75 Plan 40M-1272,
Pickering, from part lot control
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1083,
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 21, 22, 23, 24 and 58, and Blocks 72 and 75,
Pickering
chapter 1, does not apply
Registered Plan 40M-1272,
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 12th day of
De(2en]ber , 1983.
