BY-LAW NO. 1764/83
Being a by-law to exempt Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
6, ?, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Plan
40M-1281, from part lot control
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983,
to the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan 40M-1281, Blocks 1, 2, 3,
15, and 16.
S.O0 1083, chapter 1, does not apply
4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
This by-law shah not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of
December , 198 3.
