BY-LAW NUMBER 1756/83
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1606/82 to
appoint William Wilkinson to the Condominium
Committee.
WHEREAS by By-law 1606/82, passed on December 20, 1982, Mr.
John D. Lamb was appointed to the Condominium Committee for
a term to expire on November 30, 1985; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint Mr. William
Wilkinson to replace Mr. Lamb as a member of the said Board;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
By-law Number 1606/82 is hereby amended by deleting
the following:
Mr. John D. Lan~ to November 30, 1985
and substituting therefor the followinG:
Mr. William Wilkinson to November 30, 1985
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 21st day of November, 1983.
